Above and beyond

An example of me going above and beyond for one of my clients is a case that I remember well. A lady had recently gone through a divorce which left her with some adverse credit history on her credit file, mainly defaults, and her credit score was extremely low. This was a Right to Buy application, and there are already limited options for these types of mortgages with adverse credit, but we got the mortgage through, and the client is happy now being able to call her property her own. Her worry was not having an asset to leave behind for her children and we made her dream a reality when she believed this was impossible. We had a few lenders turn this client down, but I did not let the hope slide. After liaising with some lenders and explaining the situation, the job was well done.
